You may cancel your Vibemailing subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, please log into your Razorpay portal using the email associated with your account, or contact our support team at support@vibemailing.app.
Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@vibemailing.app with your registered email address and receipt number.
Important: Approved refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Refunds are only applicable for the first subscription payment. Renewals and one-time purchases (such as "Extra Email" allowances) are non-refundable unless there was a billing error or technical failure on our end.
